Re: Devel::CoverX::Covered [cpan.org] features, note that the "What tests cover this subroutine" is actually already there.
From the SYNOPSIS:
#Query the covered database per source file and a specific sub covered covering --source_file=lib/MyApp/DoStuff.pm --sub=get_odd_values t/myapp-do_stuff/edge_case1.t

You could also mention Goto Tests - Other Files [cpan.org], and Code Coverage Visualization [cpan.org] in PerlySense/Emacs.
