There was a mailing list discussion within the last few months about LlamaCard. I forget the list, but it'll be archived on archive.perl.org [perl.org]. Damian responded towards the end of the thread that LlamaCard was never released, and the student who was working on it still has the source code. Large amounts of lobbying may be required to persuade him to release it. :-) Google probably has a better pointer [google.com] to the discussion.

I think the discussion was on this site. At least, that's where I saw the answer from Damian.
I'm not in any particular need of the product; I was just looking out of curiosity. But I became even more curious about the search.cpan.org results.
