  I tried translating it, but I don't quite understand how to remove Malay's verb prefixes yet, so I get basically everything but the verbs.

  "Bukti sudah ada" means "proof/evidence completed there-is". I assume that that means something like "Proof positive!"

  The first paragraph is something about "Hi and stuff, I sure hope this email isn't bothering you, I'm very sorry if it does".

  Here's what I have so far:

  Subject: Bukti sudah ada.
  Subject: Proof positive
  
  Assalamualaikum ...!
  Hi and stuff!
  
  Saya tidak pasti siapakah yang membaca email ini   oleh itu  terlebih
  I    not   surely       ? which      ? email this  by   that more

  Moral of the story: verbs are important!
