I like what you're doing with this grant, but while I think some of our goals converge, I want to be more proactive about reaching out to decision makers and understanding their attitudes vis-a-vis Perl and language choice in general. I don't know that scraping a bunch of random blog entries is going to necessarily give us the answers I'm hoping to dig up. I could be dead wrong, though :)
Perhaps we could find a way to work together on this?
