Well, Turkey is partially to blame. It made the invasion less successful than it could have been.

My question -- I watch the Sunday shows and heard him say it at the time -- was, why bring that up now? I can only assume that we're trying to put some pressure on Turkey for something. That's how these things work. We're not blaming Turkey to make us look good or because it is true, but because we want to accomplish something by blaming them. I just can't figure out what.
