Google Makes Sense? (Score:1)

I haven't watched the video (obviously), but is one of the golden rules of networking "Exclude people for the crime of using the wrong operating system on the wrong platform?"

I wonder exactly how much sense it makes to push videos through a web plugin that not everyone can install and use... especially when the same people can play videos of just about any open format.

  That's why the smart people at Google Video placed that big "Download" link there, so you could download it and watch it on your own machine. :)

    ... cleverly hidden behind a JavaScript popup that redirects to the Macromedia page if you click OK. Cancel works though. Thanks for the tip!
