  • I hope things get better.

I don't mind needles at all but I couldn't imagine taking three spinal tap attempts and liking it.

On the bright side at least it wasn't an aneurysm.

I had some facial paralysis recently and I spent a day wondering if it was a tumor or a stroke (turned out it was Ramsay Hunt Syndrome). I think that messed me up pyschologically as much as the physical problem.

Hope they figure out what it is.
  • When I was in the Marines and getting ready to go overseas we had to get plague shots. Being the highest ranking enlisted person I had to go first. I could hear around the corner as the nurses were talking about how they had the wrong gauge needles. I could actually SEE the hole on the tip of the needle. You could have given a Rhino a shot with one of them. That did NOT feel good at all.
  • I had one in my early teenage years. Was spending the evenings jogging through the metro parks in Cleveland and picked up a nasty disease from those damned mosquitos.

Boy did that spinal tap hurt! So I 'feel your pain'.

You don't get migraines do you?
