I might come. If I come, I could talk on Exception Handling in Perl, Module::Build, CPANTS, or anything else listed here [domm.plix.at].

I was also tricked into doing a short talk on Perl 5.10 during the next upcoming Vienna.pm TechMeeting - I could also talks about this at FOSDEM, though my current plan is to read out perl5100delta.pod. So there might be better suited people than me for this topic...

Nice idea.

I'm available for a talk on Encodings (but on any schedule call it "Unicode" :-)), but don't yet know which of the two days I will attend.
