    I wouldn't go THAT far. I just don't think I care what they have to say about or to the community if they aren't a part of it. There are always extenuating circumstances; and we do have a place for people to submit articles [perl.org], and my email address is posted, and we will soon have a real FAQ and about page going, so people can tell us what they think if they really want to avoid registering, but they won't be able to do it through the comments, unless I and the other people running the site can be convinced it would be a Good Thing.
