No, not pizza and cola. It's actually the title of a great book on weight loss/management by John Walker, the founder of Autodesk. It treats weight loss as an engineering problem -- a great lifehack.

It was the centerpiece of my losing 50 lbs a couple years back.

Thank you. It really hit me how big a change it was when I was carrying home two 20lb bags of charcoal one day and thinking that they were really damn heavy and that I used to do that every day.
Finding ways to cut out sugary beverages really helped me. For example, I used to drink a lot of orange juice. Losing a pound a week means taking in 500 calories less each day than your body burns. That's only two glasses of orange juice. (Or two cans of non-diet soda). Those little things between meals reall
