It looks like the easiest thing to do is just to connect through an anonymous proxy. See multiproxy.org [multiproxy.org] for a list of IP's, or look here [a4u.at] if you want to connect online through an anonymous proxy.
I've also found software here [8th-wonder.net] that (apparently) let's you do IP spoofing.
