  I am disappointed that use.perl, which is kind of the bulletin board of the Perl community is not addressing our story, if it should not be approved then disapprove it - just make a decision.

  Comments made on IRC suggest that there have been some technincal problems with stories getting lost in the submission queue, but I think this is only part of the problem. I infer that the main problem is that the existing use.perl editors are busy people with too many other projects, and don't have the time to pay attention to the story submission queue [perl.org]. use.perl needs active editors, which presumably means it needs to add some new editors. Otherwise we remain in the current daft situation where a parrot release announcement can sit on the queue for days.

    Sounds reasonable. Anybody know how editors get added?
