I used to be able to hear the ultrasound motion detector systems in Jewelry stores and some other places. My home town had a stop light that used ultrasound chirps and I could hear that, too. I think I picked up a lot of sound from bats that others couldn't hear, too.
But, somewhere in my late teens or early twenties that went away.
My eyes used to be really sharp, also. I was measured as having 10-20 and 15-20 vision at one time. Now, I'm getting far sighted and should probably already be using reading
