  • This sounds like a failure in the web design, the fact it works with IE is the give-away.

    They could be using any of many free and/or decent webservers but if the pages are designed by clueless amateurs (like most websites, corporate, ODEON, or otherwise) then they will knock it off using word or frontpage or some godawful HTML editor shareware they found and liked and have turned back their system clock to keep on using rather than pay for.
