We have finally managed to come up with decision criteria and a bit more detailed specs for the Vienna Perl Mongers "Winter of Code".

Please note that we're operating on a very tight schedule and thus have set the deadline for proposals to December 12, 23:59 CET. Please read submissions guidelines for more information on how to submit a proposal. Send your proposals to vienna2007@yapceurope.org
