We are doing a major code update today, and use.perl.org will be down for an indefinite amount of time; then, when it does come up, it may be unstable. I am confident you'll all forgive any inconvenience this may cause. Update: 06/17 04:14 GMT by P : Code update has been postponed. It will occur sometime in the next few days. Update: 06/22 23:15 GMT by J : It actually happened today. Now you know.

    I see the same thing. Also, Recent Journals has not been updated in over a day.

      The other reports in here, we'll get to eventually! I'll try to put RSS near the top of the list, since it affects other sites ...

  Once upon a time [perl.org], pudge did something to remove the " New CPAN Distributions for MMMMM DD, YYYY" items from appearing in the RDF feed.

  As of slashdot's last pull, those items are back ... I can't seem to find it on either [perl.org] URL [perl.org] that I know of, so I'm not sure if it was a temporary glitch, or if there's a third URL that slashdot is pulling from, but i just wanted to mention it as a (possibly allready fixed) bug of the Upgrade.

    Thanks, should be fixed when the sites next update (it looks like it is fine on Slashdot now).

  I've always used the light mode, which now seems to be the same as the 'heavy' layout. I checked my prefs and they still say light. Has the light gone forever, or is the pref just not being observed?

    "me too." I'm an addict of light mode. But I'll adjust (slowly) if it's gone the way of the do-do bird.
