Connectivity at yapc

So I am curious, as I am sure others are, about what connectivity we will have at yapc. I know there will be a terminal room, but what about the dorm rooms? Just modems again? Please tell me that CMU has campuswide 802.11. :-)

Update: 06/13 05:23 by P : Kevin Lenzo's given us some info about wirless access, noting also that Ethernet access has been turned off in the dorms for the summer. Read the comments for more info.

  Kevin says that there is basically campuswide 802.11 access at CMU [cmu.edu]. To gain access to it, send your 802.11 card's hardware address (a six-byte hex address, usually looking like 0A 2B 3C 4D 5E 6F) to Kevin at lenzo+wavelan@cs.cmu.edu [mailto] no less than five days before the conference.

  802.11 is basically WaveLAN [wavelan.com], and the supported card is the "silver", which is also the same card used by Apple's Airport [airport.com]. Please read all the information on CMU's wireless [cmu.edu] page.
