The topic of 2007 will be the hottest "2.0" concept, but what we actually want is "Programming 2.0", which means programmers can develop open source software projects in a more efficient and simple way, and get the higher executive speed. We welcome contributions from all fields on topics related to the latest open source development tools, and present your new ideas to the open source communities.

The proposal deadline is in the end of January, 2007. The presenting language includes English and Chinese. English Speakers will have a Chinese translation during the presentation. Conference registration will be available in the beginning of February, 2007.
