YAPC::Israel::2004 - first call for papers

We have prepared two announcements, one in English and one in Hebrew

As I did on YAPC::EU::2003 I'd like to invite you too to participate in this winter (for most of us) version of YAPC.
We are planning to hold the conference in February."
