I didn't know there was a Perl plugin yet. Thanks for the link! Looks pretty sweet.
The differences for now are that Komodo has a bonafide debugger. However, that could be added to Eclipse, and I suspect it will eventually. Also, the current plugins don't seem to support the notion of a Perl "Project".
For those interested, there is also a Ruby plugin at rubyeclipse.sourceforge.net [sourceforge.net].
I'm using 2.0.x btw. I'm guessing 2.1 breaks everything (both perl and ruby). At least, I'm too chicken to try it.
