MooseX

Been poking around at it, debating about whether it would be useful for Wirebird.

But I'm not sure I can bring myself to use it, because I keep looking it up on CPAN via the search. And I habitually use all lowercase.

And my brain just will *not* stop parsing "moosex" wrong.

  • Teddy "Bullmoose" Roosevelt's self-given nickname apparently refers to the "relentless behaviour of the male moose during breeding" according to the Wikipedia article on moose [wikipedia.org]. This is probably the over-determined source of the Bullwinkle name that according to the Bullwinkle entry [wikipedia.org] comes from the name of a car dealer that appealed to Bullwinkle's creators' sense of humor.
