Computer recycling in Toronto

Found this place today while searching Google Local for "recycle printers": http://www.computation.to/recycle.htm

Funny I never found them before in my searches. I hope they do what they advertise on the page...

YAPC notes

YAPC was quite cool.

1. I got inspired to do something: I'm starting my use perl journal :)

2. Another thing: I'm interested in using kwiki for my website since it's so extensible. However, I don't understand how it works, so I told Ingy that I want to start documenting it. Looking at doolittle.kwiki.org now...

3. I agree with cbrandtbuffalo's entry http://use.perl.org/~cbrandtbuffalo/journal/25437. Several people at the conference (including me) have used perl for some time (i.e. are not learning perl, and not "hardcore"), but don't know where/how to do more in the community. Going to a conference is great if it's being held in your city (like this), but otherwise, it'll have to be over the net.
