I CAN DESTROY CPAN!
Test::More 0.61 broke Test::Builder::Tester. This in turn busted the tests for about two dozen Test::* modules. This in turn busted the tests for dozens more modules. The resulting cascade of dependency failures took down the tests of a few hundred CPAN modules.
Fortunately, my ransom demands were met. The CPAN Cabal deposited one million dollars in my Swiss bank account. Test-Simple 0.62 contains a repaired Test::Builder::Tester and the resulting CPAN CASCADE FAILURE OF DOOM has been stopped.
