The latest Test::More release is my first after I transfered it from CVS to Aegis. I've finally made the repository publicly available.
Anyone wishing to work on Test::More directly using Aegis please contact me and I'll set you up with an account on Mungus, developer access to the repository and a quick Aegis tutorial (the Aegis User Guide makes it look very complicated, its really very simple).

Here's something I wrote up a couple years ago to give a sort of Aegis from 10,000 Feet. [pobox.com] Its intented more to give an overview of the workflow model rather than a practical day-to-day guide and some of it is a bit innaccurate, but its still useful to wrap your head around what Aegis is all about.
Since I wrote that I've used Aegis more and written some little functions to reduce the number of commands required during development down to a bare minimum.

aeget is the newer, experimentaler Aegis web interface and it still have a few nits. The older, stabler aegis.cgi is there as well.
