[ #12829 ]

Light Mariachi hacking in the morning, following Simons lead in deciding to change the generated path names, changed out munging md5_base64 for a simply truncated md5_hex.

Added some code into Siesta::Build to alert the user of such incompatible changes by scanning the Changes file when upgrading.

Tweaked about with podblog in the evening. Maybe I've added correct rss support, but I'm not so sure, not having much need to aggregate my own entries. I'm thinking about how to syndicate this to my use.perl journal, but I need to allow for my urge to repeatedly re-edit within the same day.

Should really start on the Siesta talk I promised to give at the next london.pm technical meeting, but I'm slack, and there's still over a week of last minutes to go.
