use Perl

Last week I posted a thingy on use.perl.org which is my first blog for a while. Today I recalled the blog and how I had got there. It is interesting following links when idly browsing. This was my path:-

• Tom Hukins from mk.pm posted a link to YAPC::EU videos
• I watched the video by Dave Cross on the Perl community
• He mentioned Ironman
• I then watched most of the videos on presentingperl.org. Another productive afternoon.
• I felt the urge to blog.

I blogged

Perhaps the more interesting thing is why I did not blog for such a long time. That question has not really been answered yet. In this respect I have failed. I do not keep up any other blog other than this one at the moment, so it was not as though I was blogged out.
