"Sarathy"
I found out what Sarathy means in sanskrit. It's some kind of car-driver and councellor. Another word for this, perhaps more common, is sûta. The most famous sûta is probably Krishna Vasudeva, who, (although a kshatriya -- warrior -- by birth, and an avatara of Vishnu), drove the car of Arjuna during the Great War described in the Mahabharata.
