The Perl Jargon : bearword
Today, a short one : bearword.
From time to time you may find, in the perl sources, or elsewhere near the perl sources, the word bareword spelled bearword. Don't worry, that's not a typo. That's a subliminal and gentle reminder that sometimes, bare words bite.
