I'm installing
RT at work.
Looking at the example configuration files, I notice domain names like
asylum.arkham.ma.us. I wonder if there is somewhere a collection
of the funny little geekish examples like this.

How easy is RT? (Score:3, Interesting)
We need a system at work, and I keep looking at RT, it looks like it would solve some of our problems, So what you you think of it?
I've used it as an end user from CPAN, but setting it up and running it is somewhat different.

This was RT 3 ; AFAIK the RT which is used on CPAN and on dev.perl.org is RT version 2.
The whole stuff runs under apache / mod_perl 1 / perl 5.8.1-to-be (I'm like that ;-) /
