OK. Tommy, this is not going to work. A Mille Feuilles à la Fondue de la Cervelle somehow implies that your recipe uses as main ingredient a girl whose brain leaked out of her ears. You need to remove the second la here. So cervelle is no longer lexically scoped to the outer fondue.
