      See Varstructor 1.0 [perlmonks.org], intended to be "a commercial product with a GUI [perlmonks.org]".
      What is VarStructor? It's a poorly-written script to help you manage 3000+ line Perl/CGI programs that use only global variables. It's dirt and water for your big ball of mud.
      Of the Perl 5 builtins I've never used, there's SysV IPC which could actually be useful, dump which I only used on accident, and reset which I previously forgot immediately every time I read about it.
