Of the Perl 5 builtins I've never used, there's SysV IPC which could actually be useful, dump which I only used on accident, and reset which I previously forgot immediately every time I read about it.
I'm including slides in two of my talks about that, although I'm considering the footnote "Crackpots: If you didn't hear me actually say it, you don't know what I mean".
