I help with Melbourne Perl Mongers.

I spend an awful lot of time talking about Perl, and have had my picture in the Australian newspapers with a camel. That's rather scary.

I've got a busy few days ahead of me.

Write talk for Melb.pm
Prepare financial plan for YAPC::AU/OSDC
Finish paper and slides for SAGE-AU conference
Get Proc::UID reviewed, tested on a bazillion operating systems, and more approved for Perl core distribution.
Chase three different leads that arrived in the last week, all wanting to give Perl Training Australia consulting work.
Verify, print and send an incredible number of invoices.
Squeeze out another release of Finance::Quote, as the code in CVS is much better than what's on CPAN.
Catch up on a huge amount of book-keeping for the end of financial year.
Run a session of ToEE for my local group of roleplaying geeks.

This is all before I even look at my jobs list in RT. I'm a busy busy boy, especially as most of the above have timeframes like 'today' or 'by Wednesday'.
