No, I am not a Perl-Guru. I'm just a user and I wanted to meet other Perl users in my vicinity. There was no monger group. I felt lonely as a Perl User.
So I started a monger group.

This is how Niederrhein.pm [pm.org] came into existence. This group for Perl users in the lower rhine area in Germany is now 2 years old.
I'm a happy Perl user now :)

perl cycling tour in planning

This has gone through some mailing lists already:

the idea to it came on Perlmonks a year ago. Now I am prepared to give it a shot.
The aim is to have a Perl cycling tour in late summer/early autumn of 2004 in Germany.

I am preparing a web-based survey now, to find out if there are enough people who would want to come and to find out what has to be organised.
