Perls of Wisdom (collection of my best columns) is released!
Apress has selected a representative sample
of my 200+ magazine column articles and published them as Perls of Wisdom, just in time for last minute Christmas shopping!
And my picture is on the back cover. Can't be anonymous at the bookstore any more. {grin}
I had very little to do with the book, mostly because I had already written all the text over the years. I did help nudge the selection process a bit and write a sidebar for some of the columns to bring the subjects up to date or give a bit of "behind the scenes" for the writing.

I picked one up at Borders when I was looking for something else the other day - I should have waited for Barnes&Noble [bn.com] later in the day, since they'd have given me a discount. Short segements make for good for lavatory or pillow reading.
