The spam filter ate my email (Score:2)
It happened to me last week and now I have to take a plane at 6 AM (and wake up at 3) to go on holidays (there was a problem with the flight I booked, which was explained in the email. If I had seen the email on time, I could probably have asked for a better departure time). Grr.
3 false positive out of 4700 are enough to ruin the first day of your holidays! :-(
