Good signs.

Stonehenge has more training classes already booked this February than we had the entire last year.

Contrary to the way I'd like it to be, training is viewed as discretionary and long-term, either as a perk for good employees, or an investment that takes a year or more to pay off. It's the first thing to be cut in a budget cycle, and the last thing to come back. If training is starting to perk up, maybe things are getting better.
