I am actually Chris Winters; I am actually living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA; I am actually married and have three cats. (Guess what one of them is named?) I am the "OpenInteract" guy, which could be good or bad.

  • That gratin sounds great. Just a couple of weeks ago I was experimenting with califlour gratins. I tried a couple of different bechamels and cheeses before I was satisfied, but the spicy tofu mustard sauce in your recipe sounds fantastic.

  • Every year at Thanksgiving I want to make braised brussel sprouts and every year I don't because I'm the only one who would eat them. They are truly an under appreciated veggie.
