Reviews Checkpoint

[ #81 ]

Ok, the reviews page now happily takes the XML file and produces the assorted files needed. It's all nicely crosslinked back and forth between with Table of Contents (TOC) as well now.

What needs adding? Easy method of adding reviews and displaying of ratings (which Matthew likes to use). Also needed is the ability to denote that a review was made by someone other than myself (a couple of people usually contribute reviews).

But first ... a snack.
