Workflow project homepage uploaded

[ #31930 ]

I have just uploaded a first attempt at a project website.

http://perl-workflow.sourceforge.net/

for the Workflow project, which was just moved to SourceForge.

I am using an template/design from OSWD, which looked nice, but I think we need a more catchy or at least workflowish logo.

I am working on making a complete browsable documentation set, based on the documentation shipped with the distribution, but I am not completely satisfied with the result just yet.

I will also be writing up even more content for the pages when I get the time.

Feedback is welcome and if somebody is interested in driving the site (even making new layout/content) let me know.
