rt.cpan.org issues
I found an entry on my TODO list today, that I should remember to report a missing prerequisite in the Makefile.PL for SOAP::Data::Builder.
So I logged into rt.cpan.org and attempted to create the ticket, but without success, so I reported my issues to the email address listed and finally attempted to report the bug using the email interface.
