CPAN Namespace Clashing - part II

The namespace clash I experienced earlier, seems to continue, the problem was in the SOAP::Lite developer release so I rolled back to the lastest non-development release 0.60a - here the fun continues with the package name SOAP::Serializer.

SOAP::Serializer is included as a package definition in SOAP::Lite's Lite.pm, so I do not completely understand why this package is not used with higher precedence than the one installed with Keith Brown's SOAP distribution.
