I am really tired in my legs, just having expanded my running trip, together with volleyball and biking to the office - it fills good just to sit down and relax the legs.
Well since April I have lost 5-6 Kg. (also the ones I gained over the summer with the BBQs).

Lying down with your legs up, for example upon the backside of a sofa, helps too, but not as good/fast.

About the Mrs. (not that we are married), I just have to convince her - afterall she is the pregnant one...
