Games::Bingo::Bot

[ #12642 ]

Using the example bot from the POE cookbook I have implemented a simple bingo bot using my Games::Bingo modules and some new code.

Now remains some serious refactoring, documentation writing and some additional testing before I release the next version of Games::Bingo and the bot.

I am impressed with POE and the cookbook and I am looking forward to digging more into what POE really can do.
