Oranges are not the only fruit

For more than a year the following has been in the bugs section of the Spreadsheet::WriteExcel documentation:

        BUGS

        Orange isn't.

This facetious statement relates to the fact that there is no genuinely orange colour in the Excel 5 palette.

Recently, however I received an email from someone who wanted to produce a spreadsheet in his company's colours. So, I changed the palette to be user definable.
