I use rhizo.mati.ca most of the time, also (irc|london).rhizomatic.net.

  I tend to use irc.perl.org thesedays, as we actually have access to the DNS for that and so can update it. But yes, irc.london.pm.org, london.irc.perl.org and irc.perl.org are the ones I tend to go for ;-)
