Metamoderation zaniness

[ #7416 ]

I've never received metamoderation results from slashdot before. I've wondered why. I've only moderated about five times. (I never got to moderate until once when I took a vacation and came back; each time I went out of town after that, the same thing happened, and I realized I'm in the group that reads slashdot too often to be allowed to moderate. Trying to tone it down a bit. :) )

Today I got this funky message:

Metamoderation Results
sent by Slashdot Message System on 10:52 PM -- Thursday August 29 2002

Some of your past moderations have been meta moderated by 0 other Slashdot readers. Here are the exciting results:

* "for 399.99" from the discussion Tracking Your Employees, Children which you moderated as HASH(0x8c94008) was voted Fair

Thank you for moderating.

Pretty cool. Glad to know I'm doing my part...
