Might get to use RT at work

[ #36165 ]

I just pitched RT to two group leads. They were very favorably impressed, compared to the PHP tools they've been ordered to look at by management. They'll be taking it to our manager later, so I'm hopeful. :)

This all started because I was asked this morning, "Have you ever done any PHP?" They wanted to know if I could do anything useful if we got stuck with one of the PHP tools. I estimated I could get going in a day if needed, and listed related experience. But then I said RT was probably a better tool, had my full respect, and was written in a language I already knew well. :)
