Don't know who to whine to
The latest versions of modules that are needed for DBD::CSV (things like SQL::Statement and Text::CSV_XS) aren't picked up by CPAN.pm, because there is a new maintainer for these modules, but it's not recorded in the files CPAN.pm uses.
