As it’s been a while since the last major public release of L’âne, I'm considering writing a few articles about changes which have already been tested and added to the trunk.
Today’s installment, credit card processing
http://burrellbizsys.com/ has paid for some work to integrate http://www.mercurypay.com/’s SOAP based credit card processing service into the system. We’ve passed the certification tests and are beta testing it in a live environment.
Rather than storing the added tendering data in parallel tables, I’ve added an extended field to the Sale->{'tenders'} elements; It allows an arbitrary number of key-value pairs to be tied more closely to the actual related tender.
