Today I had my first Yôga class. It's amazing! I feel so "alive", so relaxed and I feel great.
The thing is based on certain positions and breathing or holding your breath during a certain time... There are also positions that stress and others that relax your muscles.
My brother went with me and we were exercizing for more than one hour when we noticed the time.
I'm waiting for my second class, on Wednesday. >:o)
